Stainless Steel
Stainless steel is widely used in high-end ovens due to its excellent corrosion resistance and ease of cleaning. Stainless steel effectively resists corrosion from the humid environment and food residue in the kitchen, thus extending the oven's lifespan. Furthermore, its smooth surface makes it difficult for oil stains to adhere, making cleaning very convenient. However, stainless steel is relatively expensive, resulting in a higher price compared to ovens made of other materials.

 

Galvanized Steel
Galvanized steel is steel sheet coated with a layer of zinc to improve its corrosion resistance. This material is common in mid-range ovens, offering relatively low cost and good durability. Galvanized steel is an economical choice for most households. However, compared to stainless steel, galvanized steel is slightly less corrosion-resistant and easier to clean.

 

Enamel Liner
Enamel-lined ovens use an enamel process on the inner wall, forming a smooth and high-temperature-resistant coating. This material has good high-temperature resistance and heat retention, allowing the oven to maintain a stable temperature during cooking, thus improving cooking results. Enameled inner pots are also easy to clean, allowing for easy removal of grease after cooking. However, compared to stainless steel and galvanized steel, enamel inner pots may be slightly less durable.
